Police releases the sketch of the Erawan shrine bomb blast suspect. Police chief, Somyot Poompanmoung said that the Erawan Shrine attacker was part of a "network;" that he could not have done what Prayuth Chan-ocha, the PM described as the worst attack on Thailand. "He didn't do it alone for sure," the police chief said about the 'calm looking suspect film by a security camera.. "It's a network," he added conclusively. The shrine has reopened Wednesday after the Monday bomb attack that killed a score.

Many indicators are rearing their heads that Boko Haram insurgents in Nigeria has been maintaining a very strong link with the ISIS. Just yesterday, we reported that Bhari ordered probe into how a wanted redicalised cleric and a member of ISIS got visa to entering Nigeria before he was arrested by Lebanese authorities. Today, two persons who are allegedly Nigerians have been arrested by Indian authorities when they were trying to cross into Pakistan to join ISIS. The suspects, Imran Kabeer and Sani Jamiliu who live in New Delhi, came to India on student visas about a year ago. They are being currently detained by Punjab Police, India. The Batgirl star of the 1960s TV series, Yvonne Craig dies at the age of 78. Her death after a very long battle with breast cancer occured Monday in her California home.The breast cancer according to a statement issued by the family spread all over her body before she bowed to the disease; and it was "much to our dismay." Although Craig appeared in episodes of "The Man From U.N.C.L.E.," "Star Trek" and "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and starred in two movies alongside Elvis Presley — "It Happened at the World's Fair" and "Kissin' Cousins," she was best known for her role in "Batman" which began in 1966. The family told that her condition did not affect her sense of humour neither did it dampen her spirit. "She felt that she lived a wonderful life and was blessed in many ways." 

Erawan Shrine in Bangkok, Thailand reopens after the Monday bomb attack. Meanwhile the Police continue to hunt down the suspected perpetrator of the attack whose face was caught in a security footage. Buddhist monks have led prayers for the reopening of a Bangkok shrine where a blast killed 20 people. About a dozen monks led the prayers at the Erawan shrine as it reopened early on Wednesday while devotees – including tourists – bent down and held joss sticks.

President Buhari has ordered investigation into the circumstances that led to the wanted ISIS leader getting Nigeria's visa; an officer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who spoke on a condition of anonnymity to Vanguard, revealed. The wanted terrorist leader and a radical Muslim cleric, Ahmad al-Assir, was arrested by Lebanese authorities as he attempted to leave Lebanon for Nigeria via Cairo.  “The reported  arrest of the wanted terrorist is a huge embarrassment to Nigeria and the president has directed that the matter should be investigated. The embassy in Lebanon has been directed to furnish the ministry with details of how the man got the visa. The National Intelligence Agency Officer has been directed to provide details of what happened,” the official said.
