Boko Haram Takes Control of a Military Base in Borno State, Nigeria

The Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) abandons its base to Boko Haram militants after a fierce battle that lasted several hours in Borno State, Nigeria, an eyewitness said. The force is a body of troops from Nigeria, Chad and Niger formed to fight trans-border crimes. They were later mandated to fight Boko Haram upon the emergence of the Islamic sect.

Santa Claus Nabbed for Defiling a Five Year Old Girl

Could it mean that Santa Claus does not only give gifts – he also takes. A Santa Clause was nabbed for defiling a 5 year old girl whom he allegedly dipped his finger into her vagina and blood came out. That was what happened recently at a Christmas party or­ganized by a nursery and primary school in the Ojodu-Abiodun area of Ogun State, Nigeria. During such parties, children are usually taken to the Father Christmas one after the other to receive gifts from him.

U.K Ebola Patient in Worse Condition

  NHS nurse who returned to U.K with the dreaded Ebola Virus Disease is now in worse condition. A statement from the Royal Free Hospital where she was flown to after the diagnosis in Glasgow confirmed this. The Royal Free Hospital said it was "sorry to announce that the condition of Pauline Cafferkey has gradually deteriorated over the past two days".
