ECOWAS Praises Jonathan for His Mature Statemanship

In the 47 th ECOWAS ordinary session  in Accra, Ghana; Nigeria’s president, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was eulogized for his mature statesmanship in the 2015 election.
