Drug Smuggling Drone Crashes in Mexico

A drug smuggling drone crashes in Mexico-California border; Police said. The ill-fated drone a report said, was loaded with illicit methamphetamine. Tijuana police spokesman Jorge Morrua said authorities were alerted after the drone fell Tuesday night near the San Ysidro crossing at Mexico's border with California. Six packets of the drug, weighing more than six pounds, were taped to the six-propeller remote-controlled aircraft. Morrua said authorities are investigating where the flight originated and who was controlling it.  He said it was not the first time they had seen drones used for smuggling drugs across the border. Other innovative means of carrying drugs across border include catapult, ultralight aircraft and tunnels.

Saudi Arabia's King Dies of Pnuemonia

Saudi Arabia, the oil-rich zone of the Middle-East loses  its King, 22:00 (GMT). The announcement of his demise was made by the Royal Officials. "His Highness Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and all members of the family and the nation mourn the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who passed away at exactly 1 a.m. this morning," said the statement.

A Man in New York Demolishes Home Without Notifiying Wife

James Rhein, New York recently has been tagged the Demolition Man. He was arrested by police for demolishing his family house without telling the wife as well as the local authorities for permit. The Middletown Police Department says that when officers arrived Monday at the property owned by 48-year-old James Rhein's (rynz) wife they found him using an excavator to knock down the house. Officers say he didn't remove any household items, such as furniture, food and belongings. Instead, he dumped everything into large construction debris bins.

Microsoft Announces Windows 10 with Amazing Features

Microsoft announces Window 10 defining features to include Cortana, Spartan Browser and Holographic lens. In addition, the firm announced that the OS upgrade would be offered free of charge for devices running Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Phone. The offer, which is limited to the Windows 10's first year of release, may aid its adoption.
