Gov. Obiano is in the Bible

You see? Bible is a very complete book. It captured what happened in the past and what will happen in the future. But, surprisingly to me, it captured what is happening in Anambra State. We have been saying it all this while that Obiano is God-sent and should be given all the support that be for maximum transformation of the State. We have said it repeatedly that Willie is “willingly” working for the people. His efforts at making Anambra great again are not in vain; the Lord is with him. In the book of Judges 5:9, the word of God says, “My heart is towards the governors of Israel that offered themselves willingly among the people.” Is Willie Obiano among the governors of Israel? History is awash with evidence to the fact that the Igbo nation descended from Israel. More so, the Governor is an Agulerian, a community that still retains the Jewish monuments and artifacts which the migrant Jews that founded the Igbo nation, left for posterity.
This Aguleri community is similar to Bethlehem. The Holy Bible recorded about this little town of Bethlehem, “And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel” (Matthew 2:6). Chai! Bible is highly spiritual.
Preparatory to the task ahead, God created Gov. Willie Obiano a very brilliant person right from cradle. His name, right from his childhood could be substituted with excellence. It is not surprising that his name today, prides itself with the title, “His Excellency.” Let us romance the history about Gov. Obiano a bit:
In 1974, Chief Willie Obiano became the winner of the John F. Kennedy Essay Competition (You see? Anambra has a very intelligent Governor. Little wonder why his performance in the State has consistently been stellar).
In 1979/80, he received a national Merit Certificate for outstanding service during his NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) in Benue State, Nigeria (You see? His service to Ndi Anambra has a very sound footing on verifiable antecedents).
Later, Chief Willie Obiano became the President AMP8 (Advance Management Programme) of Lagos Business School (You see? His leadership experience spanned from his tender age. Anambra is indeed in safe hands).
Chief Willie Obiano read in CKC, Unilag, and Harvard. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) (You see? His educational qualifications are towering, yet he seldom mentions them. Humility is indeed the emblem of a good leader).
Until Gov. Obiano came into politics, he never politicked. People have wondered why it was so. The answer is simple, he was separated apart for the work that God sent him. Chief Willie Obiano did not soil himself with dirty politics since he was on a mission to sanitizing politics in Anambra. He was rather, “under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father” (Galatians 4:2).
I was reading Nehemiah 5:15 and found it pertinent to share. It read, “Every governor who had been in office before me had been a burden to the people and had demanded 40 silver coins a day for food and wine. Even their servants had oppressed the people. But I acted differently, because I honoured God.” Chief Dr. Willie Obiano did not follow the ways of the past governors who rule with rod. Our amiable Governor fears God. He feels the pains of Ndi Anambra. He has scrapped the heavy taxes and levies of past administrations that laden the poor on the streets.
This humane policy by Obiano’s administration for Ndi Anambra has angered some self-appointed god-fathers who now conspire against the Governor. Ndi Anambra are sure to club the enemies down whenever they surface with their mischief. God Himself laughs at the conspirators. “From His throne in heaven the Lord laughs and mocks their feeble plans. Then He warns them with anger….” (Psalm 2:4 – 5).  At this point, I advise the vanguards of the so-called Correction 2017, to avoid the wrath of God.

Awka, Anambra State

A Focus on the Nature of the Test English proficiency test for the University of Ibadan Postgraduate school was a recent innovation by the Board of the PG School at ensuring quality of the students admitted to the school for postgraduate studies. They stated that they have noticed an unprecedented poor use of English among students of the University of Ibadan; that if such was the case with the students of the prided University of Ibadan, how much more students from other universities that belonged to the lower rung of ranking in academic excellence. The test is a one hour exercise in which you are required to answer 100 questions. To be on a very safe side and finish before the time allowed elapses, you are therefore required to answer each question within 30 seconds. I bet this is challenging; so brace up against it i...

LIMITATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: A FOCUS ON THE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATIONS

Introduction International relations which was generally seen as relations among nations and entities in the international arena begets international organizations. An international organization is a union of actors in the international arena, formed to perform specified functions and/or solve identified problems for the members and/or non members. The concept of an international organization can also be seen on the one hand as a logical progression in the evolution of political entities from the basic family or tribal grouping of pre- and early historic times to the feudal arrangements of early Europe which emerged following Peace of Westaphalia in 1648 (Imber 1984). A second perspective on international organization is that as being something antithetical to the state in effect an external entity which may subsume or destroy the state. This latter view is held by many chauvinists and protectionists who find the economic, political and cultural mongrelization which they claim...
