Is Donald Trump really going to be the Republican Party's Candidate for the US election?

This will be determined this Tuesday when Donald Trump will look to pull clear of his competitors with victories in the Florida and Ohio primaries, results that would also seal the fate of his homestanding rivals, Sen. Marco Rubio and John Kasich.

Can the Republican Party be able to stop Donald Trump if he eventually wins nomination?  

No, they can't. Although, Rubio and Kasich have suggested they might not be able to support Trump if he's the nominee.

Who is leading in the US Democratic Party's primaries?

Hillary Clinton is leading.Although, while Clinton maintains a commanding lead in the delegate count, Bernie Sanders, her rival, breathed new life into his campaign with a surprising victory last week in Michigan.
