Pirates Bay (TPB) Torrent Comes Back Online After the December 9 Crash

TPB recovers from the overwhelming December 9, 2014 raid that sent it offline. There seems to be no much loss of data. The home page has the same feel.

However, Contact Us, RSS and Register links land users in an error 404 message. Coming back 31st January, Pirate Bay placed count down on her homepage. It was an obvious hint that they would commence their torrent services to users February 1. They have already commenced.


The return of the TPB also cost them most of their loyal users. Isohunt.to’s OldPirateBay.org is currently the largest, with millions of visitors per day due to the spin-offs of the Pirates Bay. They are currently topmost on Google search results under the keywords, “Pirate Bay.”

Let us watch the magic where thepiratebay.se will claim back its lost users perhaps in one month.

The Pirate Bay was raided at the Nacka station, a nuclear-proof data center built into a mountain complex near Stockholm. After the comeback,  its homepage features the phoenix to the delight of the users.
