Dummies Stand for Human Beings in a Ghastly Motor Accident

It was a wonderful manifestation of God Almighty yesterday as dummies took the hit for human beings in a shop as a BMW saloon car lost control and ran into the shop.

This happened at shop at JK Junction, Agbowo, U.I, Ibadan at exactly 6:50 pm.

Yours sincerely, the publisher of Trending Issues Today was an eyewitness. The ill-fated car was avoiding a Nissan saloon car that was crossing the road at the junction when it lost control and ran into a nearby shop.

Traffic warders were absent at that time.

The driver of the Nissan saloon car saw what he caused and sped off. Infuriated youths around chased him with motorcycles and caught the bolting driver and began to beat him.

They dragged him to the scene of the environment while he continued shouting to the assailants:
"I was not running."

The case however took another dimension when they got at the scene of the accident and found that dummies rather than human bodies were lying on the ground.

It was a mixed feeling to the owner of the BMW as she went on her phone calling her relatives with tearful eyes, expressing the Lord's miracle.

When Trending Issues Today approached her for comments, the only statement she could muster was:

"I thank God as nobody was injured."
The case was later handed over to the police by the owner of the shop.

LIMITATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: A FOCUS ON THE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATIONS

Introduction International relations which was generally seen as relations among nations and entities in the international arena begets international organizations. An international organization is a union of actors in the international arena, formed to perform specified functions and/or solve identified problems for the members and/or non members. The concept of an international organization can also be seen on the one hand as a logical progression in the evolution of political entities from the basic family or tribal grouping of pre- and early historic times to the feudal arrangements of early Europe which emerged following Peace of Westaphalia in 1648 (Imber 1984). A second perspective on international organization is that as being something antithetical to the state in effect an external entity which may subsume or destroy the state. This latter view is held by many chauvinists and protectionists who find the economic, political and cultural mongrelization which they claim...
