Woman Accuses Female Osun Judge of Husband Snatching

The Chairman of the National Judicial Council, Justice Mahmud Mohammed  personally signed the querry that demanded response within 14 days from Justice Oloyede, a judge of Osun State judiciary upon a petition by a mother of four, Mrs. Emily Richard-Obire accusing her of having amourous affairs with her husband.

The querry dated July 28, 2015 and with reference number, NJC/S.29/HC.OS/16/1/55 was expected to have been responded to by the accused but that could not readily be ascertained at the press time.

The mother-of-four prayed the NJC in her petition to restrain the female judge “from further acts of having an affair with my husband,” expressing fear that if something urgent was not done, the judge might finally “snatch” her husband eventually and finally abdicate his responsibilities.
