Patric Lamb's Body Found in a River After One Month He was Declared Missing

28-year-old Patrick Lamb

Patrick Lamb’s body was spotted at Cuxton Marina in a river ten miles whence he went missing.
Pat, 28, from Greenhithe, went missing after a night out in Maidstone one month ago.  His disappearance sparked a huge hunt by his family and girlfriend, with more than 40,000 people joining the Facebook page set up to help find him.

His family put up missing person posters around Kent

The Facebook post said: "We are pleading for everyone to think back to that night and try and recall a man walking on his own, unsteady on his feet and try to think of what direction/location they saw him in.

"Also to check mobile phones and cameras from that night to see if Patrick is in the background."

His father Tony Lamb, 65, confirmed last night that the body pulled from the River Medway at Cuxton Marina, near Rochester, was that of his son.
Mr Lamb said police had retrieved Pat's phone and wallet and the family would be issuing a statement tomorrow.

A girl who was staying at the marina in a moored boat spotted a body and alerted the authorities who arrived at the scene on Saturday afternoon and recovered a body.

A message from the family's search team posted a message on Facebook saying: "It is now been confirmed that Patrick's body has been identified as the body found at Cuxton.

'My amazingly kind hearted, talented and selfless brother unfortunately passed away in the early hours of Saturday 13th December.
