President Buhari has ordered investigation into the circumstances that led to the wanted ISIS leader getting Nigeria's visa; an officer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who spoke on a condition of anonnymity to Vanguard, revealed.

The wanted terrorist leader and a radical Muslim cleric, Ahmad al-Assir, was arrested by Lebanese authorities as he attempted to leave Lebanon for Nigeria via Cairo.

“The reported  arrest of the wanted terrorist is a huge embarrassment to Nigeria and the president has directed that the matter should be investigated.
The embassy in Lebanon has been directed to furnish the ministry with details of how the man got the visa. The National Intelligence Agency Officer has been directed to provide details of what happened,” the official said.

It sould be recalled that Boko Haram in Nigeria has in the past pledged allegiance the dreaded ISIS group. This recent development is a good pointer to the strong relationship which Boko Haram has maintained with ISIS overtime.

Manchester United Beats Club Brugge 3 -1 Thanks to Depay

Manchester United Beats Club Brugge 3 -1 Thanks to Depay

In what looked like a punch in the face of Manchester United on Tuesday August 18 in Old Traford, Club Brugge took ManU in an early lead through Carricks own goal but the unmerited glory short-lived when the green sheep, Memphis Depay inspired the Red Devils into action with his two clean goals in the 13 and the 14 and 43 minutes of the march. The strength from this Depay player was not only the architect but also the life behind Fellaini goal in the 90th minutes ending the match in a 3 - 1 against Club Brugge.

The return leg for ManU - Brugge Champions League play-off is scheduled to hold on next Wednesday.
